***Pandemic situation***

Tracked shipping to many countries and regions, including the USA, UK, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Australia, France have resumed. If you are not sure about your country, please check the availability of postal services here (all products will be shipped from Hong Kong.)

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

Free non-tracked shipping is available, but since no tracking number will be provided, there is no compensation if the package gets lost in the process. Registered mail is recommended if you want to keep track of the package's whereabouts.

International shipping is available, and all orders will be shipped from Hong Kong via Hong Kong post E-express or registered mail. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping number and a link to track your package once shipping is completed. 

Please note that you are responsible for any taxes/customs fees. A replacement or refund will be issued ONLY if the package is confirmed lost by the tracking information. No refund or replacement will be provided for cases where incorrect shipping details were provided.

香港から香港郵政のE-expressでの発送となります。海外にお届けできます。発送済みになりますと、トラッキングナンバーと追跡用リンクをメールで貰えます。 

追跡情報によって商品が紛失した場合には、在庫状態によって再発送・返金できます。 誤った住所や発送情報を提供した場合には、再発送・返金はできません。
